Winter Is Great For Bible Reading With Family

As the snow starts to fall and traffic screeches to a halt, it might be the perfect time to read the Bible with your Children. Consider how amazing the Triune God we love is to create seasons for us.

From its chamber comes the whirlwind, and cold from the scattering winds. By the breath of God ice is given, and the broad waters are frozen fast. - Job 37:9-10

Seasons are a reminder that Jesus holds all things together by the power of his word. There is much to celebrate each season:

• Hot Chocolate

• Christmas

• Birthdays

• Time with our Church

• Family

Let us not forget to keep the cross and the empty tomb in view in all seasons. The death of Winter is swallowed up in the resurrection in the life of the empty tomb.
